What is Spiritual Direction?
Spiritual direction is a gift that you give to yourself. It is an intentional time designed to slow down and allow space for your spirit and body to reconnect. You may feel an inkling to explore questions as they arise within you or hold them for a moment. Perhaps you’ll sense an invitation to reflect on the impact of daily living on your soul and spiritual journey.
A spiritual director acts as a soul friend. They prayerfully support and encourage you to notice how God is present in your life, your soul’s belovedness, and how you respond to His invitations.
The relationship of spiritual direction is sacred, safe, and confidential.
What to expect?
Sessions are generally an hour long and take place once a month. I am currently meeting virtually via Google Meet or Facetime. If you are local to the Longmont area and prefer to meet in person, I would happily arrange a time.
Schedule a 30-minute discovery call
During this time we will talk about what Spiritual Direction is, and give time to explore the questions that may arise.
Schedule a 60-minute virtual session
During our sessions we will listen together for the movement of the Spirit in your life and explore those spaces. This intentional time is a great way to grow in your walk with God.
Spiritual direction is not therapy and can not take the place of therapy.
