Individual Spiritual Direction & Contemplative Group Experiences
What is Spiritual Direction?
Spiritual direction, also known as spiritual companioning, is a gift that you give to your soul. When engaged in spiritual direction you are intentionally creating time designed to slow down and allow space for listening to where God is showing up in your spirit and body. You may feel an inkling to explore questions as they arise within you or hold them for a moment. Perhaps you’ll sense an invitation to reflect on the impact of daily living on your soul and spiritual journey.
As a Spiritual Director I will walk with you as a soul friend. I will prayerfully support and encourage you to notice how God is present in your life, your soul’s belovedness, and how you might respond to His invitations.
The relationship of spiritual companionship is sacred, safe, and confidential.
What to expect?
Sessions are generally 60-minutes and take place once a month. I am currently meeting virtually via Zoom. If you are local to the Boulder County area and prefer to meet in person, I would love to arrange a place and time via email.

Contemplative Outdoor Group Experiences
Day experiences are intended to be a relaxed easy pace nature walk in the woods, designed for meandering, journaling, and stillness. This is an immersive opportunity to practice deep listening taking in the sights, smells, sounds, and textures of the surroundings. There will be an invitation to share reflections, short readings and noticings. We will end our time together with a closing blessing.
This is a non-judgmental space, all participants are asked to agree to share the gift of non-judgment.
If you would like to share this emersive experience with your small group please contact me directly to schedule a time.
Outdoor Spiritual direction is not wilderness therapy and can not take the place of therapy.
